Church Farm Annexe is an annexe to the owner's home, sitting six miles from the Yorkshire city of Ripon. It comes with one double bedroom benefiting from an en-suite bathroom, the property can sleep two people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a front garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Church Farm Annexe is a lovely property placed ideally for a romantic couples retreat.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Front lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 7 minute walk. Note: Be careful of sloping ceilings in bedroom and bathroom - restricted head height. Note: Owners are very friendly and provide a welcome pack on arrival. Note: Garden shared with owners
