About this cottage rental
Tastefully renovated with quality materials, the house is made of wood and stone, with hand-painted ceramics, furniture with antiques. Three double bedrooms with three bathrooms, kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and everything you need, living in the satellite TV and a sofa bed. The beautiful swimming pool 6 x 12 is exclusive for only six guests will enjoy beautiful sunny days from May to October all over. In the garden of 5000 square meters will find beautiful plants fine flowers in all seasons and two large oak trees that give privacy and tranquility. The whole property is fenced. The solarium , over 100 square meters, is furnished with chairs, table and chairs and a barbecue. Centrally located for visits to the cities of Central Italy: Umbria with Foligno, Spoleto, Assisi, Montefalco and its frescoes, the Tuscia Viterbo with the city of the Popes. Rome can be reached by trains every hour to 45 minutes to 9 €

Our stay in casale Eredita was in one word 'perfect'. A perfect house, amazing pool and a beautiful garden. Giacinta is a wonderful host, who makes you feel at home, away from home. She and her husband take care of everuthing, so you can enjoy you're vacation.

We had the pleasure to spend our holiday at Casale Eredita - a beautiful and clean house, with all the luxury and equipment you need on a holiday. Our two daughters loved the pool, the cats, the wifi (of course!) and we could take them to nice places in the neigherhood. To get to Rome by train was a 'piece of cake' (we went twice). Giacintha is a warm host, loves to tell you about Italy and brought us delicious marmelade, tiramisu and pasta sauce. And last but not least; we are very greatfull Giacintha and her husband build a ramp for our youngest daughter so she could easily get in en out the house in her wheelchair by her self. Thank you! We had a great time in Italy!
