Everything. We got upgraded to suite so that was nice. The room was spacious, with a bath, a sauna and terrace. Complete with everything you might need. The wellness facility was a nice as well.
Our only problem was that our room was cold, it seemed like the heating wasn’t working but when we asked reception she said it’s all centralized. we tried upping the temperature but it was still cold, it stayed at 20°.

The bedroom was stunning ,hotel restaurant food is reasonable should have had a pizza. If you own a camper van great place to park on the outskirts of the city. Receptionist very helpful .
Was disappointed with this hotel not what it looks like on the photos. Higgly piggly old and new ,old much nicer than old downstairs Needs an urgent upgrade every where but bedrooms .It’s a 20 minutes by taxi outside the beautiful city centre so not convenient need to take the bus 🚍which is free . Spa should be closed until sorted ,floor is so slippery it’s dangerous.some of the ladies serving breakfast in the morning where grumpy ,remember these staff speak German as there first language and for what ever reason they can come over as abrasive if you speak to them in Italian or English.

We loved the view and the look of the room.
If you don’t speak German or Italian then don’t bother going to the restaurant. They don’t have a menu on English and the staff try’s to avoid you as much as they can.
