The location is ideal for Interlakken. In the heart off the town yet not right on top of things. Perfect.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the rail station, which makes arrival and departure fairly easy. However, it’s important to note that this is the only shuttle provided.
There is no ski shuttle to the slopes, which can be inconvenient given the hotel’s distance from the ski area.
If you’re planning a ski trip, this is something to consider. Without a dedicated ski shuttle, getting to the lifts can require extra planning, whether that means relying on local buses, taxis, or driving. After a long day on the slopes, the lack of direct transport back to the hotel is definitely noticeable.

The view from our room of the Matterhorn was amazing. The breakfast was nice. The spa was great! It’s a great location - walking distance to everything. The hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was a great service.
Staff were somewhat helpful however, we often received conflicting information depending on who we asked. For example, I forgot my AUS/EU power adaptor and one staff member at reception indicated that I could borrow one of theirs or purchase one from them. I opted to purchase it for 20 CHF. Upon check out, I was told to return the adaptor. I explained that the other staff member at reception had told me I could purchase it (which I signed for) but the staff member firmly disagreed and her mannerisms changed which we all picked up on. I returned the adaptor. Our room had a stench of vomit - not sure if it was the couch or carpet but it stank. The bathroom is dated. No air conditioning.
