Location and tea and coffee supplies were good. Nice to have the fridge too.. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was ok. Not that it affected us, but the sink faucet needs tightening in our room #441
The pillows were awful- new, but very uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable beds
When it’s 6’ outside have the rooms heated for the guest arrival When the guests tells you it’s really cold in the room do more than tell them to switch the heater on. Make sure the heaters work.
