Their staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room is clean! Elevator is just very small and tiny especially when a lot of people are checking out.

Het hotel was goed gelegen. Vooral het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was ruim.

What we liked: cheap on-street parking 9 am-8 pm, and the pools table. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean but not very fancy for a 4-star hotel. The lift was small and very slow. The seafront is very close by. There is a superb cathedral in Ostend - a must see.

There were no towels in our room when we checked in. No apologies. The facilities are not good. I don't think it's a 4-star hotel. It's not mentioned about local tax on Agoda app.
