-Fully fenced for safety and privacy. Private parking is available for several cars.
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

This property exceeded all our expectations, and I am not easily impressed. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the owner was always available to answer our questions. Location is perfect, beaches and restaurants all within 1 mins drive, but I already knew that having stayed in the area before. I had concerns having very young children about safety around the pool area, but I need not have worried as it was possible to lock off the pool area when needed. The children still had plenty of outdoor area to play away from the pool. This property has it all, fantastic sea views, tennis, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, hens, chickens, a peacock, superb pool table and table football. Basically you could not ask for more, caters for all the family. I would go as far as to say that this is probably the best property we have ever stayed in anywhere. I will be back, thank you Joanna and Stelios for being such fantastic hosts.

Words cannot do justice to the experience that my family and I had had at this property. It was truly a magical trip and that is thanks to the owners and etouri service providers. Beautiful views with mountains in the background, Perfect vantage point for sunrises and sunsets, And absolutely private experience with a grocery store only a three minute drive down the hill, And only 15 minutes Away from old town Reythmno. We had a fantaatic time, and were well taken care of. You will not regret staying here, it is even better than advertised. We will be going back!

Very nice outdoor environment. The peacock was very disturbing, defecating in the children's area. Indoors, poor hot water. The shower on the entrance floor was too small for two bedrooms and that it was not close to the rooms.
