About this villa rental
Contemporary villa with beautiful garden and private pool. Views over golf course and Esterel hills. 10 minute drive to beaches at la napoule, marinas of Port de la Rague, and short drive to Cannes. Leading from the dining area is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large terrace to the front of the property, offering stunning views over the golf course and Esterel hills. Continuing through your villa you will find the welcoming living room with high ceilings, cooling stone floors and a grand stone fireplace. On the mezzanine level of the living room, you may wish to indulge in a book or relax in front of the TV. The two first floor bedrooms include a master bedroom with private terrace and a second double bedroom with private balcony. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and en-suite shower rooms with loo. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and is air conditioned (bath with shower into bath and loo) The fourth bedroom is a small double bedroom with en-suite shower but no loo, it also has air conditioning. The fifth air conditioned bedroom is in the basement of the villa and has a stone feature wall and en-suite shower with loo. The villa also has an independent studio bedroom in the garden for the hottest summer months and families may wish to stay altogether in the main house. The annex offers accommodation to the same standard as the main house with a king size bed, en-suite shower room with loo and air conditioning. The living room opens to the large rear terrace with private pool, ( 5.2m x 12m) inviting sun loungers and ample outdoor relaxation and dining areas. Below the front dining terrace is a relaxing garden ideal for soaking up the sunshine.

Property is a large villa full of character and great outside spaces. The swimming pool and sun beds/outside seating and outdoor dining space is all fantastic. The villa is very well equipped with everything you can need. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive. The only downside for us was the location of the villa is at the top of a very steep road which makes walking into the nearby town very challenging. Overall though the villa itself more than makes up those small location issues and we would recommend it for families who want good outdoor space and a lovely pool.

Absolutely beautiful views, the house is lovely and the pool is great. The location is amazing, out the way but with lots to do and see within a short driving distance.

Lovely place for a family holiday.
Air conditioning in every bedroom, not in the main communal areas though which get quiet warm in the evenings when it’s been hot out, we kept all the bedroom doors closed to keep the bedrooms cool and made sure not to keep any outside doors open so we didn’t let the heat in.
There are shutters around the whole house which are very helpful with blocking the sun shining in on very hot days.
Highly recommend a stay here, it really is beautiful and It has everything you need.
The host and the housekeeper are both lovely and very helpful. Many thanks for our very enjoyable stay.

Brilliant villa. Had an absolute blast with family of 8. Short walk to village & train station. Magnificent views and impeccable villa and grounds. Housekeeper, gardener and pool maintenance men were great too. Highly recommended for a large group/family.

Maison Renoir is a gorgeous family home where the owners have taken lots of care to furnish and decorate to a high standard. Everything is very well laid out and there is everything we needed for a luxury stay with a peaceful countryside view.Local village is very useful for bread and groceries with a lovely fresh fruit and veg shop. Will definitely recommend.
