Our host was very kind and left juice, bread and fruit for us on arrival as she knew we would be arriving late. The house was clean, kitchen well-stocked and pool spotless. The garden in the property was large and had plenty of space for children to play and included a swing. We were within easy walking distance from Fazana (15 min stroll) and walked lovely back lanes into the pretty town via olive groves. Fazana lovely, just the right size for us, people welcoming, great coffee, ice-cream, fish and pizza. We didn't have a car but bus route into Pula was good and we hired bikes in Fazana for a couple of days to cycle along the coast (flat) and up into the hills (a little!). We, of course, went to Brijiuni islands - fab day, and swam in the sea a couple of days, as well as making full use of the pool. Wear sea shoes if swimming off rocks as urchins can be plentiful there but beach near Fazana very safe to swim and perfect for anyone with children (we were with grown up children). A brilliant place to stay, House 1012 a perfect location and hosts Alida and family very kind and helpful. We hope to go back and you can't really say better than that!

Such a lovely place to stay. We were a party of five - two adults & three teenagers - and everyone loved it. Lots of space for us all to spread out. And a (distant) sea view from the balcony. Highlights included the spotless pool/outdoor shower & the outdoor cooking area, which we used a lot. Our hosts were welcoming & kind with thoughtful suggestions of places to visit. It’s perfectly located for exploring surrounding areas - we went to Pula, Rovinj, Aquacolors water park in Porec & Valbandon beach, all easy to reach in less than an hour. Excellent Plodine supermarket in Fazana four minutes by car.
Walk to Fazana in about 15 mins but you do need a car here for supermarket trips & exploring. A couple of interior suggestions - the spiral staircase is a quirky touch but could be a challenge for some people & the living room would benefit from extra seating so all guests can relax comfortably.

House is situated in a very quiet area surrounded by olive trees gardens but only 15 min walk to the beach and lovely little city centre of Fazana.
The owner is lovely and they make their own olive oil so be sure to buy some of that!
Place was clean and very well equipped. Great place to come with kids as it has private pool and garden.
Pool was being checked every couple of days.
