About this apartment rental
This first floor 2 bedroomed apartment is located a short walk from the city's bustling bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
This Apartment is ideal for business travellers, city centre shopping, great nightlife and Chester races.

The Apartment
This first floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area and newly fitted bathroom.
Each bedroom comes complete with bed linen, wardrobes and drawers, work area/dressing table, towels, mirror and hair dryer.
The living area has a double sofa together with a double sofa bed should this be required.
The living area will also have a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV (not shown yet on pictures).
The kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. High chair and cot are available at request.
The bathroom has both a bath with shower.
The apartment also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast broadband which is truly unlimited.
Entry to the property is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.
The apartment is located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. It is also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require.
Free Parking is available on some of the streets surrounding the apartment and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day.
Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.
This apartment is ideal for both business and leisure travels due to its proximity to the city centre. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outset stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium
This apartment can also be booked alongside the apartment next door to accommodate groups up to 12, giving you run of the first floor.

Property very clean and tidy. Short walk to the city centre and all it's amenities and a ideal base for travelling a little further afield. Excellent pubic transport if needed.

Couldn't fault the property or the location. Near canal and 10 mins walk from City Centre. Masses of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only snag for us was no permanent parking place. We had to find alternative parking between 8.30am and 5.00 pm each weekday.

The apartment was very clean and had all necessary things. There were also other added extras such as fans in the warm weather. It was very close to Chester and a nice stroll down the canal. Amy was very helpful before arrival sending a very detailed pack and also personalised ideas on what we might like including Coffeetots (a coffee shop for people with babies) which was lovely. Only downside was the noise from the main road.

Excellent apartment. Plenty of room and the bedrooms were huge. So well equipped with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The toys and books were an excellent touch too. My kids adored the dinosaurs! Good location close to the city. It was stinking hot in Chester this weekend so thanks so much for leaving the fan it was a life saver!The only slight issue is the not being able to park outside. As we were staying on the weekend it was better as we could get the car space around the corner that was mon-sat only.The information pack was brilliant and we had a brilliant time with a home from home experience. Would highly recommend.
