Location is excellent with just a five minute walk to the centre of Honfleur and the basin. Having private parking was excellent and in Honfleur is essential. Property was clean and adequate size for two people.Good wifi and really powerful shower.
The property requires some tic with a strong smell of damp in the bathroom. Also for us an essential safety feature was that the smoke alarm in the kitchen had been removed because the battery was flat in this. We did purchase a new one and refitted the alarm. We also had to buy routine items such as toilet rolls and waste bags for the daily waste collection. The heating did not get hot despite the radiator s being on max, suspect a central thermostat rather than in the apartment. Communication was very poor despite messaging the owner twice during our stay regrading all the above issues. Still no feedback after leaving.
Overall could be an excellent stay with just a few concerns being addressed.
