Villa Matenana is located less than 1 Km from Santa Vittoria in Matenano and is within easy walking distance of its charming old village, home to various restuarants, shops and bars. The house is comfortably furnished and both from the pool and some windows are pleasant views of the countryside. The property has been carefully restored by its owners to a good standard and is perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting relaxation in a picturebook rural Marche.
The furniture in the house is an pleasant mix of antique and more modern pieces and the house is quite light and has a soothing feel. Extra costs are payable at location: Refundable damage deposit 500,00 euro - final cleaning 150,00 euro

A glamorous old villa with the accommodation on the first floor. Beautiful views and extensive gardens. Large rooms. We enjoyed the villas Italian furnishings, marble floors older style kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rita the very kind key holder speaks as limited English as I do Italian but we managed to communicate adequately. The sparkling pool was welcome in the heat of the day and the villages butchers coffee shops and grocers catered to our needs. An enjoyable stay

We had an amazing stay at the house, we love the authenticity of it, the beautiful roof terrace, the beautiful garden and the lovely swimming pool. The village is within walking distance and that is also nice

We had a verry plessant stay in this wonderful house, it is large but cozy, the pool is big enough for 7 persons. Rita, the lady of the house is the sweetest. We would love to go back there sometimes.
