Breakfast was good, however dining room was cramped.
Parking for luggage drop off and collection is awkward . Not fault of hotel, just Porec being a ancient town not built for cars.

Excellent location just outside the old town and near plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's a nice boutique hotel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, including English style scrambled eggs. Nice sized rooms, with good air-conditioning and good wifi speed.

I travel by public transport and the hotel was within very easy walking from the bus station.
There are stairs only so the very helpful staff was more than happy to take my luggage up to my room.
Overall every thing was clean and very comfortable with the staff very friendly and helpful

The location and room size were fine.
The shower stall in the bathroom had a mildew problem, which made the bathroom smell strongly of mildew after having the bathroom door closed all night. The heating/cooling system for the sleeping area sounded like a jet plane taking off, and we had to turn it off. We would have preferred not to store our bicycles in the same area as the garbage but appreciated the secure location.
