Enjoyed my stay very much...went with a friend who was very comfortable with the set up. He took the sofa bed and slept peacefully all through. It's like a home away from home with all amenities available. Although not in the city the bus stop is just a walking distance, nearly at the doorstep. Two restaurants nearby and a grocery shop too....so conveniently accessible. I d love to come back again.....Oh...and the staff at head office where we left our luggage before checking in was so helpful and generous

It is a good place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. The room is nice and big, bathroom and kitchen were clean. There is an issue with parking as only 2 cars are allowed to park in the residence and we had to park our car on the road. The main issue I have found is that things are deteriorating but nothing is being done to fix those issues, for e.g the apartment main door handle from inside is broken and comes out as soon you pull it. The back of the cupboard is broken and just lying against the wall, the sink taps in the bathroom are loose and then 90 degrees if you don't hold them. If they don't continue to maintain the property it would deteriorate further and will start impacting the guest stays severly

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience.
There are regular buses straight into the city centre, the studio was clean and warm.
