About this apartment rental
In the heart of Drôme Provençale, the Roseraie des Côtes offers you a recent apartment (2014) located on the hillside, in the middle of organic vines classified as Premier Cru by the Côtes du Rhône and on the edge of a pine forest.
It enjoys a vast panorama of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The 70 m2 apartment (4 people) is located in a Provencal farmhouse 2 km from the village center.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer) open to a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
High-performance insulation keeps fresh parts even in large heat waves. Heating is provided by a Scandinavian stove. Wood is provided by the owner.
A rest area is set up in a shaded garden with access to the swimming pool.
The new replica of the Chauvet cave is less than an hour away by car.
Starting point for many hiking or cycling tours, the Roseraie is also close to the Provencal markets of Nyons (Thursday and Sunday) and Vaison la Romaine (Tuesday) and many summer festivals (Orange, Avignon, Grignan, Vaison la Romaine).

The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with two lamps and a chest of drawers.
Each bed is fitted with a draw sheet, 1 or 2 pillows and a blanket.
The bathroom includes a cabinet with sink and storage, a mirror and a walk-in shower.
The toilet is independent.
Bed and bathroom linen is optional with an additional € 15 per person

The apartment was as you see on the pictures but on top of that it had the most beautiful view of Mount Ventoux and the valley just like the pool.
The host living on the property was very friendly and gave a full tour of the rented area. They kept a comfortable distance, and fixed things if needed.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet place to rest after exploring the area.

A beautiful apartment with a gorgeous pool. The use of the outdoor table made for a wonderful breakfast space and the access to a washing machine was so useful. There is a super bakery in Vinsobres and a huge market in Nylons on Thursday which is worth the visit.
Francoise and Remi were kind and discreet. We loved our stay and we were all sad to leave.

A lovely property with a superb pool. The gite is siuated on a hillside among the vineyards with spectacular views over Mont Ventoux. It is very near the pretty hilltop village of Vinsobres.
Françoise and Rémi were very kind and friendly hosts who contributed to making our stay so relaxing.

De foto’s laten niet zien dat het te huren appartement niet bij het zwembad ligt. Daar woont de eigenaar, die kijkt op t zwembad en als hij wil dus naar de huurders. Het appartement dat je huurt ligt aan de achterkant van t huis. Mooi, maar alles op de 1e verdieping. Er is wel een afgescheiden tuin, lager gelegen en bereikbaar middels een trap, voor de huurders met prachtig uitzicht. Daar loopt overigens de 3e(!) bewoner van t pand regelmatig. Dus weer geen echte privacy.
