We stayed two weeks and the apartment had everything it listed. Very nice welcoming host and great location. We highly recommend for the people who wants to explore Napoli.

The only negative points:1) high 3rd floor without elevator ( heavy luggage like ours not recommanded!)2) adding a Nespresso coffe machine would be a grear idea!But the location is ideal, the accomation is good

Dario the host is a very proud Napolian … he cares, welcoming us in person even though we arrived close to midnight! He carefully explains all important aspects of the property eg the multiple aspects of the secure entry. The location is great … nice and central and many restaurant options nearby. Also, we greatly appreciated the chance to leave our bags until 2:30pm on checkout day.
