Appartamento Dionigi is an apartment located in the medieval center of Siena. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared terrace and winter heating.
You will be in the heart of Siena, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the stop for the Siena Mobilità bus Coroncina - Piazza Indipendenza line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet).
Appartamento Dionigi is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Dionigi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels; heating. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 40.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 6 nights. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. From November 1 to March 1: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 6 nights. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).


The terrace is adjacent to a nearby house where the owners live. They will be at your disposal for any information.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. The terrace is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair, a divan bed for one guest and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a small television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal.
