About this apartment rental
Tranquil environment in harmony with the countryside of Tuscany. The house looks out onto a cool porch that overlooks a spacious garden with gravel and grass bordered by a colorful rose garden. There is a picturesque sunset. .
It is part of the Agriturismo Giulia which includes one other apartment with a similar shape. They share a lovely Pool, which offers a stunning view on the countryside.
As well as boccie ball court , table tennis and a relaxing area with hammocks.
In 2025he pool is opened from Mai to October.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 small studio with a single bed, 2 full bathrooms with shower, the living with a double sofa-bed equipped with fireplace, the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, big fridge with frizer, microwave and all kind of tools.
The laundry room is located outside.
Just around the corner (1 minut far) the Chiosco dei Renai offers appetizers, dinners ,.....with view, according to the season.
Ideally located to reach the most important art cities: Florence 46 km, Siena 52 km, Pisa 65 km, and places of historic and artistic interest as Certaldo, 10 km, S. Gimignano 19 km, Vinci to 28 km, Volterra 35 km.
Nearby (3-10 km), shops, restaurants, riding stables and tennis courts, railway station to reach important cities like Florence and Siena.

The property owners are absolutely committed to you enjoying your stay. Slightly hard to get in touch with on short notice but that’s minor. You won’t need anything, it’s all there and the place is truly stunning.

If you want peace and quiet in the tuscan countryside then this is the ideal place. The terrace is a wonderful place for al fresco dining. We loved it thank you!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique propriété en terres toscanes, perchée sur une colline un peu en dehors du centre du village. Nous avons pu profiter du calme et de magnifiques points de vue.
La maison est magnifique, bien équipée, parfaitement agencée et joliment meublée. Deux salles d'eau avec toilette, douche et évier sont parfaites. Les chambres sont jolies et dotées d'une bonne literie et armoire/commode en suffisance. Un joli coin terrasse couvert avec vue vous permet de passer d'agréables moments de détente ou repas. Toutes les portes et fenêtre de la maison sont équipées de moustiquaires qui sont bien utiles. La zone piscine, située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la maison, est équipée d'un bassin d'une belle taille avec deux zones de profondeur différentes. Plusieurs chaises longues, couverts et parasols complètent parfaitement le tout.
Et je finirais par le meilleur : l’accueil. Nous avons été reçus par Cinzia et Katia qui sont adorables. En plus de nous faire profiter de produits locaux, elles ont été d'excellents conseils. En plus d'être disponibles en permanence, elles ont toujours et complètement répondu à nos attentes. Leurs sourires et leur bonne humeur font d'elles de magnifiques ambassadrices des lieu et de beaux rayons de soleils... On ne peut que les aimer !!!
N’hésitez pas , le rapport qualité-prix est correct.

Cinzia and Katia gave us such a warm welcome. The villa was just lovely - clean and well equipped and it was so nice to have a real fire every evening. The villa is set in such beautiful countryside and has lovely gardens and a pool. The added touches of local wine and a wedding gift for our daughter and her fiancée was just lovely - thank you so much for a wonderful, friendly welcome - it really was a holiday to remember.
