ADVANTAGE OF THE PROPERTY
The apartment is situaded in La Morra’s centre at the hightest point of the first village of Barolo Region. It borders with the San Rocco Church which was built in the 18th century.
You’ll find the property in the historical centre, directly opposite the town hall and the impressive Barocca church dedicated to San Martin (the patron saint of the village).
The famous CANTINA COMUNALE (see photo), the Gallo Wine Gallery, and the Barolo’s wine Cellar are just a short walk from the residence.
Amoung its shelves is a grand choise of bottles of local wines, or otherwise you may choose to wandel through Bastioni with its beautiful views of surronding vineyards facing your residence.
And for those wishing to stay in the centre of town, a short stroll away you’ll find shop, restaurants, pubs and vineyards and the “Seven paths to Barolo” that you’ll find between the vineyards.
So, why choose to stay at La Morra? Because it’s the most well known village in the “Langarole”
Hills and because at 513 s/l it’s highest region in the area sporting panoramic views. It’s no wonder it has come to be known as “Belvedere delle Langhe” (the lookout point of the Langhe Hills).
Also, it’s a village situated between working vineyards with a large portion of “Vineyards di Nebbiolo” the oldest native vine of black grapes of Piedmont. One of the most noble and precious types of grape in Italy which has given rise to a series of great wines including Barolo, Piedmont’s Pride in the wine world. In the apartment there is Wi-fi.
You must pay for the municipality of La Morra a new tax of 1,5 Euro per tourist per day

Host is wonderful, great communication, very helpful, and responsive. Location in La Morra is convenient. Apartment is tidy. We enjoyed our stay.

It is our first time in Verona, and we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful this town is. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained. It is in a great location, very easy to walk everywhere - sites and restaurant. I was pleased with the really helpful and informative service from Marco -- he is very responsive and easy to interact with. We wished we could have stayed longer, and know that we would want to stay in this apartment again.

Mariella's apartment was the perfect home away from home to explore all that is wonderful about the Langhe.
We have been to this region of Italy before and have always stayed in inns and B&Bs. This time we wanted to partake in all that the great farmers markets and food shops had to offer by enjoying some meals back at the apartment after a day of touring.
Mariella was always available for questions and inquiries. She met us for coffee one morning and went out of her way to help us address a sort of "self-inflicted" problem.
We will definitely be back.
