Everything about this accommodation was fabulous. Our host suggested to move to another apartment house with sauna on site. We gladly accepted and were amazed how beautifully decorated studio was. Entire property is carefully decorated and landscaping is well thought of. There is beautiful sauna / spa at the top floor for guests to relax (for additional but very fair price). Location is perfect for Julian Alps hiking trips / skiing in 3 countries. Alpe Adria cycling route is literally at the doorstep. Quiet rural surroundings and calming views of mountain tops and meadows ensure relaxing getaway. Studio was well equipped with all the necessities you can think of. Hosts (family Mertelj) are welcoming and flexible, and I highly recommend the stay at any of their available properties. We would love to come again, as this is by far one of the best accommodations we've ever encountered.

This apartment has exceeded our expectations! So pretty, cosy and everything was so clean! đ The bed was so comfy and we have slept better than ever in our lives! This apartment and it's wonderful and welcoming host should be an example for everyone who rents! Nice towels and bedding, warm rooms, coffee, small chocolates, beautiful rustic interier and the best welcome book with all the information the guest can need. Just perfect!
We couldn't understand the unfair ratings of the guests for this apartment. 9.5 is a great rating but this one really deserves 10/10, especially considering the vaule for money.
We also have noticed that everyone who gave less than 10 could't even find the words or reasonable and objective thing to tell why they put 8 or 9 rate. So please, everyone who reads this, be objective and don't search for flaws unnecessarily. :) If the apartment is the same or even better than photos, if You saw the location while booking and if it fits Your budget then it is unfair to rate less if everything was just as You booked. :) Wish You all to have a great time here! <3

We enjoyed our stay in this cute tiny, super excellently clean studio in a house situated just next to the forrest as we prefer silent environments to relax in between sport activities in the nature. We ordered breakfast too - it was delicious and nicely served. The host helped us with everything we needed to know. Thank you for everything once again, Igor!
