About this house rental
The house is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Régusse, located in the Var. The village has a bakery, supermarket, gas station, restaurants and sports fields. Lac de Sainte Croix and Gorges du Verdon are nearby. (15 to 30 min with car). The distance to the sea is 70 kilometers. The house can accommodate 8 persons. 2 bedrooms en suite, two bedrooms with shared bath, large kitchen with all amenities. It is situated on a plot of 2000 square meters, fully fenced. It has a pleasant garden with olive trees, swimming pool of 4 meters by 8 meters, large sun terrace with loungers, dining table and chairs, pool house with lounge, gazebo, hammocks, swing and children's playhouse. There is a large parking lot. Free WIFI. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside. There is also a washing machine. Mandatory final cleaning of 120 euros and 750 euros deposit payable locally. Between Artignosc sur Verdon and St. Laurent de Verdon (15 min with car) is a comfortable family beach to the water. From Régusse you can undertake many activities. Relaxation, adventure, culture, everything is here. Think of Aups, a lively village with a Provençal market for gourmets. Or the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix, filled with blue water and surrounded by several picturesque villages such as Bauduen or Saint Croix du Verdon. Or the beautiful village of Moustiers Sainte Marie, known for its hand-painted pottery and floating star and also the starting point for hikes through the impressive Gorges du Verdon, the one and only Grand Canyon of Europe! In the region of the Verdon you can walk, but also kayaking, rafting, rock climbing, ... Still prefer to quieter? A short drive takes you to the most impressive views of the Verdon. There are also a few hidden gems in this part of Provence, such as Tour Tour with phenomenal views of Villecroze, with its beautiful square and ancient cave dwelling. Also Sillans la cascade with waterfalls and also a paradise for walking. Aix en Provence is one of the most beautiful cities of Provence. Space is great, enough rooms, large kitchen, plenty of glasses, bowls, cutlery, etc. Nice pool with poolhouse. All very good.
Some minor details to know:
- swimming pool is not heated
- the house does not have airconditioning
- the ramp is full of holes and difficult to drive up
- the neigbour has a rooster which makes noise from 4 at night onwards.

Sehr schöne Anlage, wir haben in den zwei Wochen Urlaub die Außenanlage genossen. Kleiner Fußmarsch zum Wochenmarkt in Regusse, Ausflüge zu den Lavendelfelder, der Schlucht und den umliegenden schönen Dörfchen haben zur Erholung ebenso beigetragen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très bien entretenue et très agréable à vivre. Une cuisine très fonctionnelle ou rien ne manque . Une remarque particulière concernant la literie d'une grande qualité.
Gérard, la personne qui nous reçoit est également très réactif .
Location à recommander sans hésitation.
