About this house rental
All the TV’s are smart and if you have a Firestick or any game system they will work. We provide basic TV only but do provide wireless WiFi. This little house has all the amenities of a Home Away from Home. This comfortable 2 BR bungalow is located less than 2 miles from I-465 interstate. It's 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison State Park and The Fort golf course. Three minutes from ITT, the IU Medical center, The Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA, and the Lawrence Soccer fields. About 10 minutes away Community North Hospital Campus. It's less than 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. It is 24 minutes to the International Airport. This house is a NON-SMOKING, vaping, cigar or any other substance in the home. However, there are plenty of areas outside to smoke. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. You have the complete home to use. Internet and basic TV. Desk space for work. There are two areas for guest to smoke outside only. There is a gas grill for your use along with a wood fire pit in the backyard for your use too. We just added a nice front porch deck area for your enjoyment too. The neighborhood is a quiet well established one. Some of the eating establishments and Micro Breweries are less than 5 minutes away. We provide a coffee Kurig machine for your convenience along with a variety of coffee choices and tea. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for your pleasure for our multiple nite reservations.
