Garage and building codes given to me didn’t work. Ran into another guest that let us in building. Highlander Apts staff member let us into garage. We left our car in garage the whole time we were there as we were afraid of not getting back in. Host did email with the correct code after we got inside. Building levels need to be more clearly marked. My instructions were not accurate. Needed to stock more than a partial roll and piece of roll of bath tissue. We had to purchase some. Washer/dryer combo unit was very complicated and had no usage instructions. After many Google tutorials we figured out it was not working properly. Needs replacement.

Great Location and very spacious. Entry instructions were clear.
Cleanliness was poor. Needs a proper deep clean. We found marks on the towels, strange clothing in the beside cabinet draw. Hairs in the sink. It was like the apartment had a very quick clean before we arrived. Also balcony had only one chair to sit on and the view was pretty bleak. Looking at scaffolding workmen and rooftops. The check out time of 10am with no place to leave luggage would prevent me from rebooking. When I asked about this was told I could leave the luggage in a carport !
