At 4.10, a false fire alarm got started in the hotel (for an unknown reason) - a very annoying, extremely loud sound which lasted for approximately 40 minutes. The hotel personnel was unable to shut off this false alarm quickly - which was a very negative surprise - certainly the sleep of all hotel guests was interrupted by that - and in my specific case when I returned back to my room before 5 o´clock, I couldn´t sleep any more - a strong frustration because I had a business meeting in Switzerland on the upcoming day, followed with a 600 km long car drive. Certainly, technical devices can fail, it sometimes happens everywhere - but the unpreparedness of the hotel staff to resolve this problem quickly and to minimize the impact on the hotel guests is simply unacceptable.
