Central location, just inside the really atmospheric old town - Baščaršija. I was travelling with friends and colleagues, to co-host a large event and really enjoyed my week at this hotel, both as a base for working and also to relax on my days off. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast including the usual European items + lots of unfamiliar local delicacies. Spa facilities, jets, sauna, steam, pool etc. are truly relaxing and have the immersive Turkish/Balkan feel. The reception team are warm and friendly, providing me with lots of advice about day trips. 24/7 convenience store over the road, and lots of restaurants, museums and galleries. Round the corner from the main tramline to head to the modern parts or further afield.

Great location, walking distance from everything. Nice room.
Good-sized swimming pool, but the water is much too cold. Breakfast is poorly managed. There were no clean plates, so we were given trays for coffee instead. Often waited for cooked food to be brought out.
