It was exceptionally clean, lovely decor. Spacious, everything you need. Breakfast choices are fresh, healthy and delicious ,something for everyone. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the railway station, 5 minute walk to the stunning views overlooking the beaches and a gorgeous 20 minute walk through the town centre to the harbour and main beaches. The zoo and gardens are just around the corner, it’s a perfect location to explore all sides of Newquay.

Everything was excellent The rooms and house was exceptionally clean, tidy. Good breakfast, delivered to the room. Excellent location, all amenities close by and host was great.

Everything, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and lovely and bright. Comfortable chair and table to eat food. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room. Also a nice view of the front garden. Thank you Alison.
