Near to the town centre, near to the company I was visiting

The hotel staff was very helpful and most spoke ok to excellent English for not Italian speaking guests. Breakfast was good with some variety. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the hotel is short walking distance to historic walled city. have stayed four times for business and plan to stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with cooked items too. Room was clean. We were able to check in early, as it was quiet season. We were visiting family, who live ten minutes away. We normally stay at a different hotel, but they didn't have availability. We're now pleased about that, as we've found a better hotel! We had a junior suite, with a very comfortable sofa. There is a bar downstairs, with a lovely seating area. The hotel seems to have been a silk mill in a previous life. It's situated within walking distance from Cittadella, so is great for exploring.
The bed is a little uncomfortable. Perhaps a mattress topper would help. No hospitality tray in the room, although one could buy drinks at the bar.
