This was probably the worst sleep I’ve ever had, if I even got any. When someone wriggles/walks, you can feel the entire room jiggle including bed. There’s also no lights at the bed, so when someone needs light they use their phone torch and flashes it everywhere. You can hear people poo and pee as the toilet and shower is in the dorm room and nothing is there to dull that sound. There is also no kitchen for the hostel. Our entire dorm was checked out by 8am as I believe we all had a horrible sleep. The hotel did ask at checkout if I had any issues but didn’t raise them there as it wasn’t going to solve it.

i have complained about the heater is not working..but the staff keep on saying everything is fine even they came and inspect my room...end up my stay was VERY COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE
