PRIVATE VILLA ACQUAVIVA TUSCANY FOREVER is an exclusive villa located in the countryside of the charming medieval town Montescudaio. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it’s an attractively situated property where you can experience all the merits of a true Tuscan Dream holiday. The villa was built using materials of the highest quality. Its architecture is stylistically reminiscent of the rustic, typical Tuscan style while the interiors are characterized by mid-century modern design. The villa features a spacious garden, and private swimming pool.
The property consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a Queen size bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds, two large travertine-marble bathrooms with a rain shower and an open concept kitchen living room. The villa has exterior shutter insulation that ensures privacy and provides nice shade during the sunny hours.

Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina del Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa degli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…

Beautiful house in spectacular area. Nearby towns of Bolgheri, Volterre, and San Gimigiano are fantastic. Beach in Baratti worth the drive.

Brilliant house. Very well equipped except for the outside table that is a little old and should be larger. There is another table but it is too high to use as dining table. Only 4 regular deck chairs. Apart from this everything worked excellent. Pleasant service minded staff, totally clean house, very good beds, beautiful decor, quiet position, nice and clean pool even a bit small.

Just got back from a family break and the place was amazing. Julia and her family were so warm and welcoming making our stay a very pleasant one.. It is in a great location, close to Pisa, Lucca, Florence etc, , with beautiful views over the surrounding hills.The Villa is in the middle of the hills which makes it really quiet and is therefor the perfect place to relax and just enjoy the magic of Tuscany. Our rooms was comfortable, clean and just the right size. Kids spent all time at the pool by the house, which was cozy and nice.We highly recommend and will hopefully be able to return to experience this again.
