Ski-in for lunch! Luxury 100 yards from Snowflake Lift (58 Iliff Court, Breckenridge, CO), ski-in to home is 50 yards from the run! I've never seen a line there over 5 minutes. The perfect choice for people who want to avoid schlepping gear, kids, and self! Your lift takes you to Peak 8, accessible by a wide variety of terrain. Please Note: There are times of the year when the Snowflake Lift is not open due to snow conditions. Please check with the resort for the most updated information.
Fully-equipped kitchen with a living space next to the kitchen, so you don't miss a thing! Send the kids downstairs to play Monopoly! The floor plan is superb for optimum privacy and space with a generous master suite upstairs, a bunk room on the main floor, and a bottom-floor den with a Queen pullout and a Queen bedroom. The den has a door with access to your private hot tub. Gaze at the stars from your private hot tub in the woods, just out your back door! The few steps en route to the tub have been outfitted with heat mats - no slipping around with your bare feet on the ice!

Great location, heated steps to hot tub were a really nice bonus. Garage and drive way we're tight for a full size pick up truck. Kitchen is small but functional. Bedrooms were good sized.

The property was nice with plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nice hot tub. Easy access to everything Summit County has to offer. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area. Also, communication was amazing.

Great spot if you want to be close to Breck! The hot tub is overly treated with chemicals and will severely dry out your skin and make you itch but that is the only complaint about this property.

Good but bumps. Reviews when finding places to stay are important to me and I read them. Bumps were microwave breaking immediately, ice maker not working, needs a new coffee maker, kitchen is tiny and two people cooking isn’t practical (can’t tell in photos) carpet tack strip in master bedroom being exposed and chemicals in hot tub are intense! Property manager was excellent with communication and had a counter top microwave delivered within an hour. I had read about the chemicals in hot tub so expected that but they were strong! Tack strip needs to be addressed because if you’re not paying attention you get a painful surprise. Location is quie and pretty. We usually stay within walking distance of town but changed it up this time and it was fine. I would stay again but unit needs some attention. I did notify property management of everything in review.
