Cristophe bought a coffee capsule machine especially. Liked the mini football game. Very clean. Hot water always available (gas heated). Tram very frequent and available. Quiet and safe looking neighborhood.
Wifi works only in living room. Stairs between living room and bedrooms and wc. A single washroom (wc + shower) is a constraint.

When staying in a house I expect a washing machine and dryer and access to the garden. There were many glass ornaments at floor level not ideal when travelling with children.
