About this villa rental
Villa Melanie is one of the very few luxury private villas situated in the peaceful and sought after Krana area of Lindos and is only a 10 minute stroll into Lindos Village Square. The Villa has FREE WIFI. The villa has its own private well stocked garden which includes palms, exotic plants and fruit trees and has free access to a number of shared swimming pools where all are welcome.
The villa also boasts a huge traditional BBQ and seating area with a variety of garden furniture for guests to relax and enjoy including four sun loungers and a comfortable outside sofa on the patio. A well stocked mini market is only a 2 minute walk.
Villa Melanie is one of the very few luxury villas that has such close proximity to Lindos village where car hire is an option rather than a necessity. The Villa also boasts Sea Views......Modern comforts will make your stay a home from home. Greek Tourist Licence Approved. EOT License 1476K100A0390401. Guest arrival times are 4pm and must vacate at 10am on day of departure. However, we will try our best to be more lenient with these times dependant on the incoming arrivals.
The Villa is situated in the Krana area of Lindos and is a gentle 10 minute walk into Lindos Square and a further 5 minutes to the 3 beaches. The Krana area has a number of low rise apartment complexes that allow and welcome all non guests to use their swimming pools and facilities free of charge including free use of their sunbeds. Krana Square also boasts Lindos Ice Bar, Restaurant and Lounge....only a 5 minutes walk from the Villa. We highly recommend this for great food, cocktails live music and provides Big Screens for sporting events. Two supermarkets are located nearby.....the closest only 2 minutes walk from the Villa.
Please note that the security safe that we provide along with the WIFI and Air Conditioning on both bedrooms are included in the price of the stay. The living/ dining area downstairs has ceiling fans. Air conditioning downstairs can be provided for an extra charge . A Netflix Account is also available to use complimentary.
We provide all the necessities including an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full fridge freezer, microwave oven, full oven and hob, sandwich maker, filter coffee machine etc, etc . The washing machine is also available if required.
PLEASE NOTE That during the months of July, August and September a 5 Night Minimum Stay is Required.
GREEK TOURIST TAX
From January 2025 a Greek Tourist TAX os 15€ per night is payable in addition go the rates set out above.

Lovely home with an exceptional backyard. We loved having breakfast each morning on the patio. Steve was always available to answer any questions and provide helpful information about the best places to eat. Good location.

Gorgeous villa with everything we needed for our stay . Short walk to numerous pool bars where we were made very welcome and not too far to walk into Lindos or to the beach - perfect !

Two-bedroom house with a large living/eating room and a kitchenette and a beautiful garden – just like described and shown on the pictures. There are lots of different spots in the garden to spend some hours which we enjoyed each morning and evening.
Communication with the owners was very easy, always friendly and helpful.
Location of the villa has just the right distance to Lindos town – far enough not to be affected by traffic but within walking distance (about 12 min walk). From our point of view Lindos is anyhow the nicest town on the island with lots of possibilities to eat, shop or relax at the beach. Staying directly in Lindos gives you also the possibility to experience the much calmer evening hours without the crowds of tourists during the daytime. Furthermore, with a rental car basically all spots on the island are reachable with a 1h drive.
