Stone house completely restored and decorated with care.
Large volumes provide a warm and friendly living space.
Ideal location for Mont-Saint-Michel, tourism of memory (D-Day 1944), the uniqueness and authenticity of the coast, heritage and local products.
Nestled in the heart of the village and its shops (bakery, bar, restaurant, market on the square, 50m) and 1 KM from the beach.
A small south-facing terrace allows you to relax in peace.
For the little ones, a travel cot, a high chair, a bathtub adaptable to the shower and a potty are available.
Beautiful walks on the beach, on foot or on horseback.
Water sports nearby, sand yachting, kite-surfing, catamaran.
Landing beaches only 40 minutes away!
Oyster production region.
The Chausey Archipelago 30 minutes from Granville and the Channel Islands 1 hour.

- flea market on the last Sunday of each month
-festival 'Jazz sous les Pommiers' in May in Coutances
-tour of the Channel Ports, Granville, Jersey, Guernsey, Carteret, mid-July
- "Hoist the Voices" festival in August
-festival 'Heating in the Dark' in Montmartin / sea, in the dunes
-'Foire de Lessay 'in September
-'Carnaval de Granville 'in January
-'Foire Saint Luc 'in Gavray
-'Enduro des Sables' in Coutainville at the end of August
-the castles: Pirou, Gratôt, Régneville

Maison en pierre très confortable avec beaucoup de charme, des hôtes très disponibles et agréables et une magnifique région : nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs de nos vacances!
