About this cottage rental
GENERAL- Attractive detached double glazed stone barn...- Set in the small hamlet of Crowsmeneggus, close to the village of Ponsanooth- Ten minutes drive from the old packet port of Falmouth and its beaches- Tranquil views from the inverted accommodation- Parking available for 2 cars GROUND FLOOR- Entrance porch with a utility area- Shower room W.C. with hand basin - Two cottage style bedrooms, a double bedded room and one with two single beds UPSTAIRS- Open plan living room that takes up the whole of the first floor- Smartly fitted kitchen area with lovely hand built ash dining suite- Comfortable lounge seating area GARDEN- Wide stable door opens to a flight of railed granite steps that lead down to a securely fenced rear garden - Visitors are welcome to mindfully explore part of the owners non-working farmland which includes a lake but dogs must be kept on a lead- Undercover storage for bicycles and beach gear available LOCAL AREA- Two local pubs within a mile and several small shops in the surrounding villages less than 2 miles away- Gardens of Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah are a short drive - National Maritime Museum in Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro are 7 miles PLEASE NOTE- This property welcomes a maximum of two dogs

We really enjoyed our stay at Swallows Retreat. The cottage is amazing and beautifully furnished and finished. The setting is stunning and we loved our walks around the farm/fields after a day out. Our hosts were very helpful and engaging and we really appreciated the treats when we arrived. Thanks so much for having us.

We were made very welcome. Lovely touches like cream teas, wine and dog treats left out for us. Beautiful location and an absolutely fabulous cottage. It has everything you need, the best kitted out self catering accommodation I have stayed in.
Highly recommend staying here and if we are back in that area we would chose to stay here again.
