- The bottom level of the cabin is not available to guests
- This is a mountain home, with narrow, winding, and steep access roads. The property also has a steep driveway, which can be challenging in the winter months
- One parking gate pass barcode is included with the rental. Additional barcodes can be purchased for $20 each. Please provide the homeowner with vehicle information after booking
- The owner is not responsible for lost or left items. Any items left at the property that are found can be shipped back for $25 plus the cost of postage
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in the front, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is by the back door, facing the yard. Camera 3 is near the basement exterior door facing the yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion

Check in process was easy and clear. Cabin is very clean with an amazing view. As noted, driveway is very steep. Only little thing is that we did have to get our own coffee for the coffee maker after the first day. Overall had a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub with the view!

Pros
Has an amazing view of the mountains. The cabin has all the amenities needed to be comfortable without bringing any supplies from home. Sitting in the hot tub while watching the sunset in the mountain view was amazing. Showers were excellent. Extra blankets in the closest came in handy. The roku has a bunch of apps that were usable to watch TV shows. Pool table was excellent. The gated entry was nice. The employee were friendly. We did see a bear crossing the street. Washer and dryer worked without any issues.
Cons
The beds were uncomfortable to the point we had to go an purchase air mattresses to sleep comfortably. The beds are extremely firm without any softness. We tried all 3 pull out beds and they were also very uncomfortable. The bed in couch in the livingroom needs the mattress replaced. You can feel the bars going into your back as your laying on it. There was a plug in by the biggest window in the bedroom on the main level that wouldn't work when I tried plugging a charger into. The front porch light would flicker on and off on the main balcony. It wouldn't stay on or sometimes it wouldn't come on at all. The hot tub we noticed was not level. The water was higher on one side of the hot top than the other so it sorta made us nervous about being on the balcony. There were a few boards on the balcony floor that where very weak when stepped on. It was a feeling of being scared to fall through. The driveway to the cabin was extremely steep and we wasn't warned about how steep it was. Being someone from the city this was definitely a eye opener. There were 2 sharp turns going up a steep road going to the cabin. Which is something we sorta expected but it wasn't advertised so for someone who has never been to the mountains would probably have an issue. Going up the driveway is not for lower vehicles. Your vehicle will drag or has a high chance of dragging the ground going up. Air/heating is controlled by owners. It's in a locked box. You have to text/call them to turn the heat/air up and down. Which wasn't the biggest deal. But it was an inconvenience. I understand why they have control of it. It would make sense for them to have it for off season when noones uo there. But the lock box i felt was inconvenience. When you stay at places typically you have free range of the heating/cooling system to a certain extent. The fireplace in the livingroom is for looks only. It is not usable. Or atleast it wouldn't work for us.
