Perfekte Lage, 7 Minuten fußläufig vom Hbf. Bus- u. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, sodass man schnell in der Altstadt ist. Die Wohnung ist gut und modern ausgestattet mit großem Balkon. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Praktisch war auch das Kaufland direkt vor dem Wohnhaus. Die Weststadt ist ein schönes Viertel mit hübschen Häusern und netten Lokalen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und einfacher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
Zur Info an den Vermieter: Der Glastisch im Wohnzimner ist instabil und müsste neu verschraubt werden. Die Wasseruhr im Bad leckt. Sonst alles ok.

Locatie, ov halte voor de deur, treinstation op nog geen 10 min lopen en voor de supermarkt hoef je niet naar buiten.

Het appartement is erg ruim. Maar tegelijkertijd modern en wat sfeerloos. Bovendien ligt het appartement dicht bij het db-station. De trams stoppen voor de deur, dus je bent ook zo in de binnenstad.
Het appartement viel niet tegen, maar is gehuisvest in een groot flatgebouw. Er zijn geen voorzieningen om het afval te scheiden.

Dog friendly apartment, well located with spacious bedroom and living room. It can be accessed directly from the underground parking which has also an entrance to the nearby supermarket.
The apartment was a bit smelly probably because it wasn’t aired before our arrival. The linen provided also had a smell. The flat is in an old block white rundown entrance and carpet in the communal areas.
