Super easy access with self-checkin. Everything is clearly listed beforehand.
Room is super clean with all facilities available.
The team is very responsive in terms of contacting. We asked for luggage reservation and was provided with a comfortable lounge space for storing bags and rest. Overall top service!

We loved the location and the warmth of the room. Its proximity to everything made getting around easy, and it was a cozy place to stay during the winter days we visited Baden-Baden. The owners were very detailed and clear in their email communication, which we really appreciated. They also left welcoming treats for us in the room, which was a really cute touch. The place was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
This is a minor detail, but the TV was a bit outdated. Having a TV that supports movie streaming would be a nice improvement. There are, however, multiple German channels available.

The apartment is wonderful and is at the best possible location to explore the town! We walked everywhere. Hosts were very responsive and we had a great stay.
If I have to point something out - everything was basically perfect - it would have to be pillows, they could be better.

A large room with perfect location.
The room was a good one except for the shower. Apparently there is something wrong with the drainage system in the bathroom because after we showered there was flood on the floor.
