About this apartment rental
With a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc, come and discover your mountain haven of peace at the foot of the slopes of the ARC 2000 station.
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Summer and winter, a spacious apartment, classified 3 crystals, chalet type, of 80 m², with a capacity of 12 people awaits you for an unforgettable vacation on the paradiski area.
It was completely refurbished in November 2013 and consists of 6 rooms: 1 large living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, fridge; coffee maker, kettle, toaster, services for raclette, fondue ...) dining room, 3 large bedrooms with storage, 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom area at the entrance (benches, ski, shoe lockers ...). The kitchen, dining room and living room open onto a balcony facing Mont-Blanc. Direct access to the ski-in ski-out balcony (except for beginners). You can also do a little sledding or play in the snow right outside the apartment.
After a busy day, you can relax in front of the TV (107 cm flat screen) or listen to music, all in a warm atmosphere, surrounded by woods and Savoyard furniture. Then go to the table and taste fondue, raclette, tartiflette ... in a kitchen open to the dining room. Finally, end the evening with a game of cards, scrabbles ... For night owls, bars and bowling alley are open until 1 a.m.
Ski enthusiasts will be satisfied on one of the largest ski areas in Europe, including Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne. Snow cover is guaranteed with 70% of the area above 2000 meters. The area also includes 8 NATUR trails (natural trails not groomed, but marked and secured by the pisteurs).
In summer, the area is just as pleasant. As the shuttles between the stations and the Arc 2000 ski lifts are open, you can enjoy the various activities offered on all of the arcs (1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000). On the program: mountain biking, hiking, golf, archery, canyoning, rafting, golf, swimming pool ...
For the practical side:

Trop peu de fenêtres extérieures notamment salles de bains et chambres. Propriétaire sympathique et Antoine sur place parfaitement disponible.

Bel appartement bien rénové et bien agencé. Idéal pour de bons skieurs qui sont au pied des pistes. Accès facile aux arcs 1950, magnifique village. Un très bon séjour.

L’appartement est placé à proximité de l’accès aux pistes (attention un peu de monde au tir-fesses avec les écoles de ski du club med, privilégier la place olympique). La place olympique est accessible à pied et on peut y trouver Sherpa, petits restaurants, école de ski, office du tourisme, poste, boulangerie, etc.
L’appartement est bien équipé pour 10 personnes (vaisselles, salle de bain, matériel pour fondue / raclette, lave vaisselle, etc) peut être compliqué pour 12 personnes surtout au niveau des places sur la table à manger) ; certaines zones / pièces sont assez humides dans l’appartement (compliqué d’aérer avec une seule porte de baie vitrée).
Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables pour 10 personnes.
L’appartement offre une belle vue sur le domaine avec ses deux balcons.
Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, il est possible de déposer les bagages devant l’entrée de l’immeuble avant de garer le véhicule dans un des parkings de la station.
La propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages et la remise des clés avec la personne sur place s’est bien déroulée.

Appartement réaménagé pour accueillir un grand nombre de personne bien conçu
L'accès au logement (Immeuble très grand au 12ième étage avec un long couloir qui monte et qui descend) en retrait par rapport au front de neige, les salles d'eaux mal ventilées pas de Wifi en sont les points faibles
La vue sur le Mont Blanc l'espace de lieu de vie et un espace pour s'équiper ou se déséquiper sont les atouts
