About this farm stay rental
Portion of a farmhouse dating back to the 11th century AD c. consisting of a two-storey apartment of about 100 square meters.
On the ground floor there is a large glazed veranda which leads to a large living room with fireplace and kitchen.
On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine.
3 beds are available, two in a double bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the lounge.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
Large private garden.
In the surroundings there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, taverns and wine bars where you can taste the typical dishes of the area and the Montescudaio DOC wine.
Montescudaio is a small 'village' which is located in an extremely strategic position for your tourist excursions:
1/2 hour from Livorno (port with departures for Corsica, Sardinia etc.)
10/15 minutes to the most beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast of Tuscany
45 minutes from Pisa 50 minutes from the Island of Elba and all the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago
15 minutes from Bolgheri
1 hour and a half from Florence
30 minutes from Volterra
45 minutes from San Gimignano
1 hour from Siena
2 and a half hours from Rome
The area is served by bus service and the nearest train station is 10 minutes by car or bus.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Wir könnten uns das so gar nicht vorstellen. Der Vermieter ist einfach nur toll. Bei unsere Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wasser gekühlt bereit, ebenfalls eine Flasche köstlichem Rotweins und selbst hergestelltes Olivenöl. Das Haus hält wirklich alles was es verspricht. Wir haben den Urlaub wirklich genossen.
