I really liked the apartment, it's rather big, with an great view. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and well heated. Note that you have to pass through the kids' room to get to the parents' room, not a problem for me but interesting to know.
The location might seem at the border of Sestriere but as it is a small village you're still close to the center. A 15min walk will get you to the slopes.
There is a covered parking place just under the building, very convenient.
And finally, the owner is quite prompt to respond by SMS.
I recommend.

Great value property for staying in Sestriere. Bus works well if you don't fancy walk. Clean, easy check in/check out and kitchen is small but has good facilities. Would recommend and return. Thanks

Alloggio in residence molto organizzato, pulito vista stupenda spazioso camere molto calde. Sicuramente da rifare.

Esta bastante lejos del centro y de los remontes, ademas si quieres coger el autobus que te lleva tienes que pagar 8,5€ por la semana. Ademas poner fotos de una piscina y de spa, que no tiene es hacer creer que la propiedad dispone de ello, y no es verdad.
