About this villa rental
This comfortable and inviting villa is located near the centre of beautiful Stavelot, as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The villa is spread out entirely on one storey and offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a tastefully furnished interior. The rooms circle the patio - a real skylight - where there's a decorative pond and aquatic plants.
The villa is surrounded by a huge green garden with a 1.7 m deep swimming pool, a large lawn and swing for children.
There are countless activities nearby. Must-visits include exploring the town of Stavelot and its abbey, Coo waterfall, Plopsa park for children and the countless walks or bike rides in the Ardennes countryside (note: there is a well-maintained bike path that passes 400m from the house and which takes you all the way to Germany!). In winter, ski slopes are just a few kilometres away.
Note that a factory near the villa occasionally makes a quick noise (except for evenings and weekends) that you will hear from the garden; this, however, will not affect your stay in any way.
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Lovely big villa with a huge garden and an amazing swimming pool. The beds and other pieces of furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small for a 9 person villa however, so it was always a bit stressful when making dinner. The home-owner is very kind and quick to respond.

Mooi groot comfortabel huis met grote tuin, super ontvangst en prettig vertrek, eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk. Het verwarmde zwembad is ook super!

Wij waren 6 jaar geleden ook in deze bungalow. En waren er helemaal weg van, wilden daarom graag terug. Maar er is heel veel veranderd in de 6 jaar. Het huis zelf is top. Maar de tijd is wel stil blijven staan. Niets vernieuwd. De keuken is uit de jaren 70 en heel erg aan vervanging toe. Ook de keuken inventaris is erg bij elkaar geraapt. Oude oven hangt aan een kastje en is vies. De andere oven oud en ook niet schoon. Ook zoveel soorten borden en schalen ,bakjes enz. Alles oud. Tijd om eens iets nieuw te kopen. Tv ook niet meer van deze tijd. Smart tv en maatje groter is wel een must nu. Helemaal met slecht weer wil je toch even tv kijken. Heel veel stof raggen overal aan t plavond. Iedere ochtend werden we wakker van het bedrijf erachter die ontzettend veel herrie maakt. 6 jaar geleden hebben wij 1x hier iets van gehoord nu iedere dag paar keer. Ook last van stank gehad. Ook staat er nu een bedrijf aan de overkant van t huis. Auto's van dit bedrijf staan voor de deur van de bungalow. Weg privacy. Het is niet leuk om deze review zo te schrijven, maar als het huis in de categorie luxe wil blijven ,moet men wel eens gaan investeren. Het is nu aan het aftakelen. En dat is jammer.
