The anchor is located in Conca dei Marini, a small town on the Amalfi Coast. The apartment, suitable for a family of 3 has a terrace from which you can admire the magical atmosphere of this wonderful place. The house is reached via 15 steps and is in a very quiet area. The public car park is a few meters from the property. The grocery store and restaurants are located about 600 meters.
The beach known as Conca Marina is a small bay surrounded by numerous small white houses and the only access is by stairs. On the beach there are 3 restaurants / pizzerias.
About 700 meters away is the Tower of Capo di Conca, also called Saracen Tower or White Tower, is an old sixteenth-century tower that stands on the promontory called Capo di Conca beside which we now find the private beach that has platform with sea access and a restaurant. The lido offers customers a shuttle that is included in the entrance fee. If you need help booking we'll be glad to help.
The apartment consists of:
A fitted kitchen with hob, oven, a small refrigerator and washing machine;
A master bedroom with direct access to the terrace;
A single room with a small window. This room is not air-conditioned;
A dining room / living room with sofa and access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy your vacation in a good company with a glass of local wine!
A small bathroom with shower;
Parking situated just a few meters on the road (blue lines) is offered by the owner.
The bus stop that connects Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento is about 600 meters away from the property.

La vista è impagabile, la pulizia perfetta, le zanzariere alle finestre utilissime. L'alloggio avrebbe bisogno di una rimessa a nuovo e di essere reso un po' più accogliente. E' sacrificato il salottino per via della porta-finestra molto bassa che obbliga a piegarsi molto per uscire sul terrazzo.
