About this apartment rental
In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016.
The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away.
Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet.
A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots.
Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of Austrian prices.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 parkeerplaatsen waarvan 1 met laadpaal. Ligt wel aan de hoofdweg van Brixem im Thale, hierdoor is het verkeer wel goed te horen (voor ons geen probleem). Goede centrale ligging voor uitjes. Duidelijke huisregels die zorgen voor rust. Fijn dat er een optie is om te wassen. Een verbeterpunt is de snelheid van de WiFi.

Van 19 feb tot 26 feb 2022 verbleven wij in Top 2 van Residenz Edelalm. Een prima appartement met leuke zithoek in de keuken. Alleen was de zitting van bank deels opnieuw bekleed middels een kleed en was vastgezet middels een stalen buis. Deze zat voor een deel los en er staken ook 2 schroeven uit. We konden het kleed om de buis wikkelen zodat de scherpe delen bedekt werden. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met prima bedden. Alleen de dekens zijn erg kort. Badkamers zagen er verzorgd uit. In het skiruim geen skischoenverwarmers gezien. Al met al een top appartement. Wij hebben erg genoten!

Eine sehr schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung die aber nicht für 10 (Personen geeignet ist. Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwar vorhanden aber die Kleidung muss zum großen Teil im Koffer bleiben , da keine unterbring Möglichkeit vorhanden ist. Kleiderschränke sucht Frau vergeblich. Die Durchfahrstraße geht direkt am Haus vorbei und ist im Kinderzimmer sehr laut zu hören. Ansonsten ist es eine top eingerichtete moderne Wohnung .
