Wonderful spot amazingly close to Piazza San Marco with a little supermarket down the alley way, food and shops just nearby.But still so quiet at night when you need your sleep after a busy day.So much to see so little time Venice you were amazing just like our Host Cannot recommend highly enough the perfect base for a Venice holiday.See you again soon

It was amazing how close this was to San Marcos Square! Our hostess, Paola permitted us to store our luggage prior to check in as we arrived prior to check in. The bedroom near the bathroom with the enclosed shower has a window over a quiet alleyway, which is great for sleeping! Other guests have left items which is very, very helpful. Such as, body, lotion, shampoo, etc. although the hostess also provides some of those items. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for storage in the first bedroom near the front door. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped and other guests have left things such as butter, condiment, etc., which was very helpful.Paola sat with us giving us all kinds of information which was invaluable. She has a wonderful binder with everything a visitor would need to know while in Venice. She also arranged for our water taxi from the airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the cruise port when we departed. The living room was spacious and lovely. The second bedroom was large again with plenty of storage. The second bathroom was larger than the first however, my only recommendation would be to put up some kind of shower curtain or enclosure as this bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, but nothing to protect the floor.There is a washer and dryer, which was very helpful. We couldn’t believe that after arriving by Water Taxi, we probably walked less than 15 steps and we were at the front door! This was a great find!

Highly recommended this stay in Venice! The location is perfect, the accommodation is perfect and Paola, the owner is perfect. We traveled, three couples, and were completely comfortable.

Paola the owner was wonderful and very organized from communication to helping the family make arrangements for our transfer into the city center and airport. The apartment location and size is perfect for our family of 7. The apartment is in the heart of the St. Marco square so getting around to all the top attracations so convenient.
