Very clean and tidy. Air-conditioning, fridge etc excellent. Could do with a simple coffee-maker or similar. BBQ area a bit neglected and needs a refresh. Some lighting for the terrace that can be switched on/off would be very good. There is some rubbish in the garden next door which should be cleaned. A good apartment though - definitely recommend.

Apartment in a logistically favorable position, close but not too close to the ferry terminal, along the coastal road that leads from Ubli to the Pasadur bridge. Free roadside parking.
Some awkward stairs to get into the house from the street entrance; excellent terrace in the shade for breakfast and dinner, a flight of stairs away from the door, but with a beautiful view of the gulf of Ubli and Velo Lago. Air conditioning was essential in this very hot summer. Only by crossing the road is it possible to have a nice swim in the clear water, even if the shore is a bit uncomfortable and the usual bathers leave waste and disorder. Very equipped kitchen, excellent fridge, excellent bathroom. Sufficient cleaning.
