About this cottage rental
'Le Clos des Tilleuls' is a very comfortable renovated mas, situated in a spacious closed garden in the middle of cultivated fields, close to the village.
It is important to say that you live in the whole house and in its large private garden, with nobody around, neither hosts nor owner ! While resting in the shadow of old lime and fig trees, while swimming in the swimming pool,while playing table tennis, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the medieval village of La Laupie and the mountains beyond, not far from the river “Le Jabron”.
The completely restored house combines authenticity and refinement with treasures from the past unearthed at brocantes or abroad. The overall effect in this 1800s mas is one of natural warmth and coziness.
With 3 bathrooms and toilets,you will enjoy an independent daily organisation in the house.
The kitchen/dining area is a beautiful vaulted space perfectly fit for cooking.From the neighboring producers, you can buy the best products in the shop of the village or on markets around.

Nature in all its splendor: fields of lavender and sunflowers, olives, apricots
and truffle oaks. The gorges of the Ardèche and the Drôme. The hills, rivers,
forests and mountains offer unforgettable excursion possibilities – hiking,

escalation, caving(speology).Tennis and golf -18 holes-. Mediterranean beaches at 1h30 drive.

We stayed at Les Boulets for 6 days. The house is a very large farmhouse with an immaculate pool. Accurate to online description. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after a busy European holiday. I would like to point out that there are no cafes or boulangie within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the new village but this doesn’t open until 7.30pm. The old village is attractive but has no shops. Just a heads up for people expecting a morning walk for a coffee. Anne was very easy to deal with and dropped by on our day of arrival. Kitchen very well equipped

Tout était parfait. Anne Frédérique est une hôtesse à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Accueillis avec de quoi faire un apero 😊. La maison est super bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Le seul bémol est UNE des chambres pas appropriée pour des adultes mais plutôt pour des enfants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison. Les chambres sont grandes et décorées avec goût, avec 3 salles de bain, la cuisine est grande et très bien équipée. Le jardin est aussi bien agencé avec possibilité de déjeuner dehors à l’Est le matin et à l’ombre du grand tilleul pour le déjeuner, fauteuils de jardin et table basse pour l’apéritif, plusieurs endroits aménagés avec table et chaises, fauteuils pour lire tranquille, la table de ping-pong, la piscine entourée de lavande et de romarin est fraîche et on se réchauffe sur les transats en profitant de la vue magnifique.
Par ailleurs il y a beaucoup à faire aux alentours ( accrobranche, randonnées, jolis villages, château de Grignan...)

Un environnement exceptionnel de beauté et de calme , une maison qui a une âme et qui est parfaitement équipée. On se sent chez soi. On ne voit qu'un inconvénient... ne plus avoir envie de partir ! Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir inventé ce lieu magique...
