About this house rental
Delightful and spacious apartment of recent construction, it has four bedrooms, (1 junior suite, 1 double and 2 twins with single beds), three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room.
A double sofa bed is also available in the living room.
Each room is equipped with free air conditioning and WiFi.
The equipment includes towels and sheets, also I provide what is necessary for a breakfast.
It is located a few bus stops from the historic center, a step away from the fair and close to the Verona Est motorway exit.
Ideal as a starting point for visiting the historic center, the localities of Lake Garda, the mountains of Lessinia as well as the cities of art in Veneto and Lombardy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The tourist tax must be paid only for the first 5 days of stay, therefore starting from the 6th day it must not be paid.

Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again

Daniele‘s House is amazing. Wonderful bathrooms, huge modern kitchen with everything you need and plenty of space to eat and relax.
Daniele and his wife a very nice and help with Everything. If we come back to Verona one day, we would look forward Go stay in Daniele‘s house.

Italy in July 2023 has a unprecedented heat wave . This Property hit all the spots for the family . Not only does every room have ac. The property was immaculate every thing was spotless. the owner took great pride in his property. about two kilometers from the city center. The city's shopping a location is prefect for eating and dinning. if we are ever back in the area we are sure to stay in this location.

Daniele and Agnese are wonderful hosts. The townhouse is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It accommodated our party of 8 adults allowing for both space and privacy. Our many questions about restaurants, shopping and transportation were all answered. The location is a neighborhood setting with access to cafes, wine bars, and shopping. The bus is nearby with access to the train station if you want to explore outside of Verona.
