About this villa rental

Superb terrace of 50 m2 with garden full of character with its vineyards, olive and fruit trees, with magnificent views of the valley d'Itria and many trulli houses. A haven of peace in the countryside. The property is 3 km from Martina Franca, charming Baroque city that offers visitors a multitude of cultural events and great restaurants. A few kilometers away is Alberobello, the trulli town classified by Unesco Locorotondo and its famous white wine , Ostuni, the white city and Cisternino. At 20 km the sea and choice, equipped beaches and its beautiful coves . With private parking for 4/5 cars protected via electric gate. Completely renovated in 2006, new bathroom in 2010, new pool built in 2011. The kitchen extension and trulli renovation completed in 2018. All doors and windows are brand new, with quality material and anti-mosquito nets. The price includes a welcome pack, bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas. Additional linen can be provided on request. (30 eur per set). Weekly cleaning for longer stays, but can be arranged with the desired frequency. Cooking classes or a chef on premises or art classes available on demand. Location preferably from Saturday to Saturday, but flexible subject to availability.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely Trulli. Anna the owner was there to greet us late at night. The pool area is particularly big and some days we didn’t feel the need to leave. It’s the perfect spot to relax and completely switch off. We loved it.

Stunning house!We are a family of 5 just back from a 2 week stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful - so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Of all the properties we have stayed in this is by far the cleanest both inside and out! Anna and her family were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we have no hesitation in recommending this as a holiday destination. We visited Martina Franca, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello and Cisternino - all within easy reach and with beautiful historic centres with winding streets. But we also spent a great deal of time in the house and pool. It really felt like a home from home and we were all sad to leave. The weather was fantastic but the house stayed lovely and cool - we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning all the time. All the facilities are modern and easy to use and we made great use of the outdoor seating areas and BBQ. If I could go back in the morning I would!! Thank you Anna, Giuseppe and Maria!!

We have rented villas in Spain, Greece and Italy. This in absolutely one of the most charming. Beautiful, large pool and good service. Nice and cozy small cities nearby.
