We had the most fantastic stay at Rayavadee. The facilities & surroundings were beautiful and the staff were amazing. We had fabulous breakfasts included and the buggy transfers around the site were really useful.
We wouldn't hesitate in staying there again, it completely exceeded our expectations.
The mini bar was unnecessarily expensive. A hotel of this standard could surely provide a few more complimentary beverages.
I asked to borrow some hair straighteners but was told there wasn't any. We'd just travelled around Japan where straighteners were provided in most of the hotels. A hotel like Rayavadee should really have some to borrow (us western girls have frizzy hair in the Thai humidity!)

The rooms were spacious the bed was amazing
The resort grounds where beautiful and location the best in Railay
The food and service was a high standard
Brighter lights in Bathroom
I thought the Grotto menu and food was not value although lovely setting

A truly amazing place, enchanted forest, beautiful beaches and very nice people. We spent one week in paradise and already hope to go back !!
