• Amazing, very complete breakfast with attentive staff.
• High chair for the baby provided without issues.
• Room was very clean and cozy.
• Elevator available for easy access to upper floors.
• Beautiful natural surroundings, with incredible trees and green landscapes.
• Quick response: when the baby crib was initially missing, it was provided immediately upon request.
No electric kettle in the room (considered basic nowadays).
• No air conditioning, not ideal for very hot days.
• Main entrance lacks a ramp for strollers or wheelchairs.
• Hotel is under renovation, some areas are under construction (though this also indicates future improvements).

The surroundings are very quiet, close to a huge forest where you can go walking for hours or just relax.
Koeln center is a 15 minutes ride by tram n.1 and to reach the Bruck-Mausfeld tram stop is just another easy 10 minutes walk.
Breakfast was good with a big choice of food.
Room was quite big (I had a single bed room) and clean.
Receptionist and other employees were efficient and kind.
Price/quality: excellent. Bravo!
Rooms forniture is dated but anyway the bed was very confortable.
Bathroom might need some updating, but anyway it was spotless clean.
Probably in the past it was a four star hotel… now I wouldn t give it more than 3 stars.

The location is satisfactory, and the room itself is acceptable
